The "Lootus Õnnele" Correction and Rehabilitation Center is expanding and looking for new specialists to join our team! We are a private rehabilitation center with 10 years of experience. We work stably with referrals from the Estonian Health Insurance Fund (Tervisekassa), the Unemployment Insurance Fund (Töötukassa), and the Social Insurance Board (SKA).

  1. Clinical Psychologist (Supervisor) – Part-time (10–15 hours per month)

We are looking for a mentor for our strong, experienced team of psychologists.

Your main responsibilities:

  • Supervising our specialists (can also be done online).
  • Validating and signing epicrises for Tervisekassa.
  • No endless paperwork!

It is an ideal, secure side job to complement your private practice.

  • Remuneration: Competitive and negotiable (B2B / contract for services).
  • ❗️ Important: Education acquired (or officially recognized) in Estonia and the right to provide services as a clinical psychologist are required.

2. Physiotherapist – Permanent position

We are looking for a physiotherapist to work with children and adults in a multidisciplinary team.

Requirements for the candidate:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy is mandatory.
  • Readiness to work with both children and adults.

3. Creative therapist – full-time or part-time position

We are looking for a creative therapist to work with children and adults in a supportive multidisciplinary team.

Candidate requirements:

  • relevant professional education in creative therapies
  • willingness to work with clients of different age groups
  • good communication skills, independence, and ability to work collaboratively

4. Occupational therapist – full-time or part-time position

We are looking for an occupational therapist to work primarily with children and, where possible, also with adults in a multidisciplinary team.

Candidate requirements:

  • relevant education in occupational therapy
  • willingness to work with children, including clients with neurodevelopmental and mental health challenges
  • Russian language skills are an advantage
