Lootus Õnnele is a contractual partner of the Estonian Health Insurance Fund (Tervisekassa) and provides outpatient healthcare services in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Estonia and the contract concluded with the Health Insurance Fund.
The following services are provided at the Centre:

Services are provided to insured persons who have valid health insurance and, as a rule, on the basis of a referral, unless otherwise stipulated by law. The provision of services takes place within the limits of the funding volume of the Health Insurance Fund and the terms of the contract.
Visit Fee
For outpatient visits funded by the Health Insurance Fund, a visit fee is applied in accordance with the Health Insurance Act and applicable legislation.
The visit fee is not reimbursed by the Health Insurance Fund and is paid by the patient in cases prescribed by law.
Lootus Õnnele applies the visit fee at the following maximum rates:
-
up to €5 — for preferential categories of persons specified by law, including children, pregnant women, recipients of old-age pensions and incapacity pensions;
-
up to €20 — for other insured persons.
The service provider has the right to verify the existence of the basis for applying a preferential rate.
Paid Services
If the client does not have valid health insurance, a referral, or if the funding volume of the Health Insurance Fund has been exhausted, services are provided on a paid basis in accordance with the Centre’s price list.
Failure to Attend an Appointment
If a client fails to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice, the service provider has the right to charge a no-show fee in accordance with the Centre’s valid price list. The no-show fee is not covered by the Health Insurance Fund.
