Processing of Client’s Personal Data.

1. Lapssi OÜ processes the personal data submitted by the Client in accordance with the requirements established by the European Union and national laws.

2. The data controller for the Client’s personal data is Lapssi OÜ, with the registration number 12876200, located at Kase 120, Pirita district, Tallinn, Harju County, 12012.

3. The personal data processed are those requested from the Client at the time of registration at the center.

     3.1 Personal data processed by Lapssi OÜ include:

Client’s first and last name, personal identification code, decision number, contact details (e-mail, phone number, address, user language, etc.);

History of services and visitation information;

Information about the services used and client satisfaction, as well as data related to complaints;

All additional data provided by the Client necessary for the provision of services (except for special categories of personal data). Lapssi OÜ has the right to save the Client’s orders made through all means of communication (e.g., telephone and internet) to ensure necessary operations related to services.

     3.2 In addition to the data provided by the Client, Lapssi OÜ has the right to check and, if necessary, supplement the Client’s personal data with information from public sources and other legally accessible sources.

4. The main purposes for processing the Client’s personal data are:

Provision of services (including the transmission of information related to services);

Fulfillment of commitments to the Client in terms of delivering products and providing services;

Communication with the Client and offering services;

Ensuring the fulfillment of the Client’s payment obligations;

Management and analysis of the client base to improve the availability and quality of services and products, and to make personalized offers;

Conducting client satisfaction surveys.

5. If the Client has expressed a desire to receive newsletters and/or personalized offers from Lapssi OÜ, they can opt out at any time by sending a corresponding message to the email address lootus.onnele(at)gmail.com or by clicking on the corresponding link in each newsletter.

5.1 Messages related to the fulfillment of the contract (e.g., reminder of the obligation to fulfill the contract) are not considered advertising or offers.

6. Lapssi OÜ does not transfer the Client’s personal data to third parties, except:

6.1. In cases prescribed by law;

6.2. To companies providing payment solutions to the extent necessary for paying for services;

6.3. Debt collection service providers and payment default registers.

7. In cases set out in point 6.2, the Client’s personal data are processed for the purpose of providing services, and authorized processors ensure the same protection of personal data as Lapssi OÜ.

8. Lapssi OÜ’s websites use cookies. A cookie is a small text file that the web browser automatically saves to the user’s device.

We use the following cookies:

8.1. Session cookies, which are necessary for using the service;

8.2. Persistent cookies, which help remember the user’s choices on Lapssi OÜ’s websites;

10. The Client has the right at any time to access their personal data and to request their correction or deletion, except in cases specified by law. For this purpose, contact the data protection officer at Lapssi OÜ at the email address lootus.onnele(at)gmail.com. Client inquiries are responded to within 30 calendar days.
