Appointment cancellation and non-attendance

At Lootus Õnnele Centre, we kindly ask clients to inform us of any appointment cancellation or change as early as possible, but no later than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.

If a client:

cancels the appointment less than 24 hours before the scheduled time, or
does not attend the scheduled appointment and has not informed us in advance,

the service provider has the right to issue an invoice for up to 50% of the price of the respective service in accordance with the centre’s valid price list.

The fee charged for non-attendance or late cancellation:

is not covered by the Social Insurance Board / Health Insurance Fund;
is payable by the client;
is not a visit fee or a patient co-payment for healthcare services, but a charge for unused reserved appointment time.
